Job-Description

your tasks

• Act as key project member for new part development projects.
• Coordinate with project leader to define machining specific base on full process chain to be ensure the stable machining process.
• Lead samples trail run and product quality ensure, follow up on decisions for sample parts(e.g. blocking/scrap, further process processing/testing.
• Responsible for New machine commissioning, defects follow up.
• Continued process/products improvement.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Additional responsibility for Process Engineer (Machining)

• create and update the Process-FMEA

Additional responsibility for Project Engineer (Machining)

• Responsible for New machine commissioning, defects follow up.
• Continued process/products improvement.

You bring with you

• Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical engineering related.
• Solid knowledge on CNC machining, Fanuc or Simens is an advantage.
• Be good at improvement of cutter life and equipment efficiency, especially turning, milling, grinding, knowledge in five-axis CNC machine is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving competency, especially on cutter selection, fixture improvement and program optimization.
• Strong Quality awareness, sound knowledge about TS16949.
• Excellent communication skill and team building experience
• 3+ years’ experience in automotive industry;
• Familiar with office software
• Good English level both in writing and oral

Additional requirement for Process Engineer (Machining)

• Familiar with AutoCAD

Additional requirement for Project Engineer (Machining)

• Good knowledge in APQP, PPAP
