We are looking for a motivated and dedicated PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (M/F/X)

JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR TASKS (AMONG OTHERS)

• Attend production plan review board
• Deliver released production plan to shift supervisors
• Supervise the daily execution of the production plan
• Review daily the progress of compliance with the weekly plan
• Check staff attendance daily
• Ensure coverage of neck operations
• Review priorities and production needs according to the staff that attended
• Verify that all machinery is working properly
• Verify that all gages and measuring equipment are working properly
• Verify that the procedures that apply to production are being followed
• Create training plan for the development of operators and leaders
• Check that the training plan is being executed in a timely manner
• Update skills matrix of production staff
• Verify tooling needs in the production process
• Perform tool inventory
• Perform tool requirements
• Keep track of tools
• Take the information from the QCDM whiteboards for updating the Production Metrics in electronic form and take it to the War Room
• Lead the technique of the 8 disciplines for the solution of problems that affect the quality of the product
• Inform and train staff in solving quality problems that arise

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

Requirements:

• 25 years and older
• Engineering (mechanical, industrial, mechatronics) Preferably Graduate.
• Management of personnel minimum of 1 year in the position of production supervisor and / or minimum of 3 years as production leader.
• Minimum of 1 year in the position of production supervisor and / or minimum of 3 years as production leader.
• Average knowledge of the English language
