 Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen motivierten Instandhalter (w/m/d) für unseren Standort in Schwanewede.. 

Job-Beschreibung

Ihre Aufgaben

An unseren Dreh – und Fräsmaschinen mit Fanuc und Siemens Steuerung müssen Wartung und Reparaturarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Das beinhaltet Insbesondere:

• Fehlersuche und Instandhaltung elektrischer und elektronischer Komponenten
• Austausch und Reparatur von Baugruppen und Steuerungselementen
• Anschluss, Transport und Aufstellung neuer Maschinen
• Arbeiten mit unserem Störmeldesystem und der Ersatzteilverwaltung
• Pflege- und Wartungsarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker (w/m/d), Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (w/m/d), Mechatroniker (w/m/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit elektrotechnischem Schwerpunkt
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit CNC-Maschinen und Steuerungssystemen (z. B. Fanuc, Siemens)
• Kenntnisse in der Steuerungs- und Antriebstechnik wünschenswert
• Eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst und an Wochenenden
• Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil

Job-Beschreibung

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie übernehmen die Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung des bestehenden Werks- und Produktionscontrollings
• Sie erstellen Kosten- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und überwachen sowie analysieren fortlaufend die Entwicklung
• Sie entwickeln bestehende Controlling-Prozesse weiter und dokumentieren laufende Vorgänge sowie Prozessabläufe systematisch
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Analyse des monatlichen Reportings für den Standort Schwanewede
• In Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung erstellen Sie die Budget- und die Mittelfristplanung und übernehmen die Überwachung der Zielerreichung in den Bereichen Umsatz, Kosten, Investitionen und Working Capital
• Sie bereiten Ad-hoc-Auswertungen für die Geschäftsleitung und das Management auf
• Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie das Controlling am Standort kontinuierlich weiter und bringen eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung ein

Das bringen Sie mit

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Controlling eines produzierenden Unternehmens
• Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und analytisches Denkvermögen;
• EDV-Affinität:
• Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your tasks

• Act as key project member for new part development projects
• Coordinate with project leader to define machining specific base on full process chain to be ensure the stable machining process
• Lead samples trail run and product quality ensure, follow up on decisions for sample parts(e.g. blocking/scrap, further process processing/testing
• Responsible for New machine commissioning, defects follow up
• Continued process/products improvement
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Additional responsibility for process engineer (Machining)

• create and update the Process-FMEA

Additional responsibility for project engineer (Machining)

You bring with you

• Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical engineering related
• Solid knowledge on CNC machining, Fanuc or Simens is an advantage
• Be good at improvement of cutter life and equipment efficiency, especially turning, milling, grinding, knowledge in five-axis CNC machine is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving competency, especially on cutter selection, fixture improvement and program optimization
• Strong Quality awareness, sound knowledge about TS16949
• Excellent communication skill and team building experience
• 3+ years’ experience in automotive industry
• Familiar with office software
• Good English level both in writing and oral

Additional responsibility for process engineer (Machining)

• Familiar with AutoCAD

Additional responsibility for project engineer (Machining)

• Good knowledge in APQP, PPAP

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your tasks

• Cooperate with the project manager and NPI to complete the new product development plan and technical capability analysis
• Follow up the introduction, trial production and mass production of new products in the whole assembly process
• Lead the development of related production line equipment, formulate technical specifications, review equipment plans, debug and accept production lines
• Design and import and use of fixtures
• Make device I/O table
• Write corresponding programs according to equipment requirements
• Implement the import, debugging and optimization of equipment programs
• Assist in the on-site assembly and debugging process of the equipment
• After the equipment is shipped, improve the product in response to the needs of customers

You bring with you

• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical design/ automation
• Skill requirements: proficient in the use and programming of PLC software such as Omron, Keyence, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.  
• Cognex camera usage and programming is preferred
• Solve the technical and fault problems of the equipment in the assembly process
• Development of spare parts for key equipment
• Review and acceptance of new equipment and electrical technical solutions
• 5S,TPM, the promotion of continuous improvement
• Formulation and revision of various equipment management documents
• Processing and saving of various equipment documents, plc, touch screen program and driver parameter backup
• Statistics and analysis of the company's power consumption, and put forward measures to reduce consumption

PLC

• Very good knowledge and practical experience with PLC of Beckhoff and the software TwinCat is preferred
• familiarization with existing PLC program and hardware in a short period of time, modification and extending of existing program
• Experience in visualization of HMI with C#, modifying and extending of existing visualization
• Maintenance and integration of existing Database (MongoDB) to the internal DB server

Ideally experience with

• Rexroth drive /software Indraworks
• Beckhoff servo drives
• Laser-datalogic /software lighter suite
• Guillemine riveting machine
• Kistler – Maxymo software
• TOX pressfitting machine
• Vibration feeders e.g. AsyCube530/FlexCube 530

Robots

• Experience in teaching robots ABB (IRB 1300-10/1 15 or ABB IRB 910INV-6/0.55) or Stäubli TS80 (ideally both brand)
• able to modify and extending the existing program

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your tasks

• Cooperate with project manager and NPI to complete new product development plan and technical capability analysis
• Follow up the introduction, trial production and mass production of new products throughout the process
• Lead the development of relevant production line equipment, formulate technical specifications, review equipment schemes, commissioning and acceptance of production lines
• Design, introduction and use of tooling fixtures
• Lead and complete the preparation of product process documents (such as PFMEA, flow chart, trial production report, WI, etc.), and cooperate with the quality department to complete CP
• Cooperate with the design team to troubleshoot product problems, and follow up and improve related process problems
• Be responsible for inter department communication, organization and coordination of process technology related issues
• Complete other matters assigned by the superior

You bring with you

• Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, electronics, electrical and other related majors
• More than 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry or other comparable industries
• Be able to analyze problems with 8D and 5WHY tools
• Good English skills in written and spoken form

Preferred Job requirements: (not a must)

• Experience in automatic production line development is preferred
• Familiar with welding, riveting and other assembly processes is preferred
  Familiar with Cognex camera, Kistler monitor, staubli/abb/ KUKA robot, Beckhoff PLC and other working experience is preferred
• Be able to use drawing tools to see drawings, and be able to use CAD, SolidWorks and other drawing software is preferred
• Have good resource coordination ability, communication ability and written reporting ability
• Be able to analyze problems with 8D and 5WHY tools
• English reading and writing ability is required, and the one with strong listening and speaking ability is preferred
